The Diversity Collaborative is available by appointment for one-on-one coaching requested or assigned by a business or corporation, government agency, nonprofit organization — or by court-appointed corrective action. Our consultant/coaches have worked with individuals at various levels of leadership. Contract terms vary from situation to situation, based on the history of an ongoing issue or the depth of specific issues involved.
Coaching for management level personnel generally includes time for an initial assessment interview with the individual and possibly others to determine the background of the situation and an appropriate course of action.
The amount of time for one-on-one coaching is up to the individual and any budget restrictions, unless otherwise specified by an employer or court. One-on-one coaching generally includes time to conduct a brief an assessment with the individual, an appropriate intervention according to circumstances of the situation, and a draft report, subject to court approval.
